1. Education and Training 📚

2. Application Process 📝
Complete the Florida notary application and submit it through a bonding agency
Obtain a $7,500 notary bond as required by Florida law
Most applications are processed within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the agency
3. Receiving Your Commission ✅
Once approved, you receive your notary commission certificate
Order your notary seal and journal (usually delivered within a few days)
4. Remote Online Notarization (RON) 💻
Additional training is required for RON certification
